Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be at least 25 for insurance purposes (from posting).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and outings using the facility van or bus.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with facility staff and ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist residents with entering/exiting the vehicle while maintaining comfort and safety.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain mileage logs and trip sheets.
• Ensure passengers are seated and restrained before operation.
• Follow traffic laws and facility transportation policies.
• Report safety concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous service to residents, families, and staff.
