Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other outings using the facility van or bus.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with facility staff to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Assist residents with entering/exiting vehicles, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain mileage logs and trip sheets.
• Ensure passengers are seated and secured before operation; follow traffic laws and internal policies.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance needs, or incidents promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and courteous service to residents, families, and staff.
