Job summary

The Hillcrest of North Dallas is seeking a PRN transport coordinator to ensure timely transportation for residents to physician appointments under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities include organizing transport, delivering residents to care facilities, and communicating changes in resident status to clinical staff, while maintaining safety and vehicle upkeep. CNA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required for the state of application.
• CNA training/competency evaluation preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of residents to appointments based on needs.
• Transport residents to inpatient/outpatient programs and other facilities.
• Create driving schedules based on medical appointments and destinations.
