Job summary

Responsibilities

• Secure residents in vehicles following safety and compliance best practices.
• Remain with residents to ensure safety while away from the facility.
• Collaborate with Transportation Coordinator/Director of Nursing to understand residents' needs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents' rights.
