Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC in Missouri seeks a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured, resident-focused transportation program within the community. This role goes beyond driving to include coordination, scheduling, resident communication, and operational support.

Responsibilities include providing transportation for medical, recreational, and personal trips on designated days, managing requests in the digital system, keeping vehicles ready, and supporting events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid Missouri Class E license and clean MVR.
• Experience with older adults or transportation coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours,including medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, cleanliness, fueling and good condition.
• Support Entertainment & Programming with outings, logistics, and resident safety adherence.
• During non-driving hours, provide community support and other operational tasks.
