Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) in Lombard, IL for a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8am–4pm. The position focuses on delivering reliable, resident-centered transportation and coordination, extending beyond driving to scheduling and communications.

Your duties include operating community vehicles, managing transport requests, and supporting programming and operations. Prior experience with older adults is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License (Class E).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation system.
