Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E in Missouri) with a clean MVR.
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lifts.
• Experience with older adults or transportation coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours; cover designated medical transport days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital transportation management system.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and cleanliness.
• Support outings and events with planning, logistics, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide non-driving support during non-driving hours, including programming and interdepartmental tasks.
