Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Memphis, TN is seeking a Transportation Concierge/Van Driver to provide safe transportation for residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips. You will assist in developing routes, maintain mileage and repair logs, and ensure the van is clean and operational.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs or operate a wheelchair lift. Flexible scheduling with some evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Safe driving history with DMV record.
• Polite and considerate with residents, visitors and staff.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a wheelchair lift.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe van transportation to residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips.
• Develop routes and schedules based on resident needs and requests; maintain logs.
• Keep van clean inside and out; perform basic maintenance reporting.
• Assist Activities/Programming Department with activities as assigned.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings; represent the residence professionally.
