Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas inside the building to high cleanliness standards and perform carpet, furniture, and window care.
• Support grounds maintenance and lawn care in collaboration with contractors.
• Assist with implementing a preventive maintenance program for the building and equipment.
• Prepare apartments for resident move-ins, including patching, painting, and flooring work.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and maintain QA records.
• Use building management software to document tasks and work orders.
• Communicate with residents' families about residents' well-being.
