Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Missouri is hiring a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to activities, functions, and medical appointments. The role also supports general building maintenance throughout the community.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred; a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record is required. Candidates should be able to follow written and oral instructions, demonstrate good judgment,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and common tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Motor coordination and depth perception for driving and tools.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to activities, functions, and medical appointments.
• Assist the Property Maintenance Technician with general building maintenance throughout the community.
