Job summary

Senior Lifestyle in Gorham, ME is seeking a Transportation Aide to drive residents on scheduled trips and events, ensuring safe loading/unloading and upkeep of the vehicle.

You will transport residents, assist in and out of the vehicle, and help maintain a clean, well‑kept vehicle while reporting any needed repairs and coordinating service. This is a Monday–Friday days role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a large vehicle (van, truck, or bus).
• Valid driver’s license to operate the building’s vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.
• Ensure all residents using transportation return safely to the building.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle through regular interior/exterior cleaning.
• Report mechanical needs and coordinate repairs.
