Job summary

The Highlands in Topsham, ME is seeking a Part-Time Driver for nights and weekends to transport residents safely and maintain the company vehicle.

The Driver will support activities, perform light maintenance, and assist other departments as needed, while upholding safety standards and a compassionate care approach in a family-like community.

Starting pay is up to $21.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, daily pay, and a 401K with employer match for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass drug testing and background checks on hire and on request.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Ensure resident safety when entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain the vehicle and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Support light maintenance tasks and assist other departments as needed.
