The position is full-time, primarily dayshift, with some weekend hours. Starting pay ranges with experience, and the organization offers extensive perks and benefits for approved drivers.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred at time of hire.
• One year of passenger van and shuttle bus driving experience preferred.
• Experience transporting elderly residents and people with disabilities preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Current, valid PA Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and events on an as-needed basis.
• Operate community or leased/rented vehicles to meet resident needs and ensure safety.
• Maintain safe, courteous transportation; assist residents as needed.
