Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification or EMT Certification from state.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Valid State Driver’s License with limited entries (<=3).

Responsibilities

• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Arrange and provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Notify families of appointment arrangements.
• Ensure vehicle is safely prepared before trips.
• Process administrative transfers and discharges.
• Provide personal care and perform CNA duties as needed.
