The Arbor Company is seeking a Driver/Activities Assistant to transport residents and assist with daily activities. You will also help with resident activities when appointments are sparse and ensure safe, courteous service on every trip.

Responsibilities include safeguarding residents, logging riders, and supporting the 6-dimensional engagement program to boost health and spirit. The role emphasizes compassion and community in a caring setting.

Qualifications

• Experience safely transporting residents.
• Ability to assist with activities when no appointments.
• Commitment to resident well-being and safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents by bus/vehicle safely and on schedule.
• Assist residents by delivering packages or purchases while out.
• Obey all motor vehicle laws and ensure safe transportation.
• Feeds list/log of who goes on vehicles and carry Emergency Contact Sheet.
• Provide meaningful engagement for residents through the 6D engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and families.
