Responsibilities

• Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events.
• Help residents enter and exit the community vehicle safely.
• Build relationships with residents and encourage participation.
• Prepare and clean up activities; complete transportation logs and vehicle safety checks.

Work Schedule

What You’ll Do

• Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs
• Safely transport residents to appointments, shopping trips, outings, and community events
• Help residents safely enter and exit the community vehicle
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and encourage participation
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up activities
• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and transportation logs
• Help residents with walkers, packages, and personal belongings as needed
• Bring positive energy and compassion to every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and patient
• Enjoys working with older adults
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable driving a community passenger van
• Clean driving record required
• Experience in activities, hospitality, recreation, customer service, or senior living is a plus—but not required
