The Arbor Company is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to enrich the lives of residents. This part-time position supports engaging activities, escorts residents to appointments, and provides transportation to events and outings.

The role is ideal for retirees or those seeking a rewarding weekday schedule, with a consistent Mon–Thu, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM window (about 20 hours weekly) and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and patient demeanor required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills expected.
• Clean driving record with ability to drive a community van.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident activities, events, games, and social programs.
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and community events.
• Help residents enter and exit the community vehicle safely.
• Build relationships with residents and encourage participation.
• Prepare and clean up activities; complete transportation logs and vehicle safety checks.
