Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and preferred experience in behavioral health or medication management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification (post hire if needed).
• Preferred: behavioral health or social services experience.
• Preferred: medication management experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients to support achievement of treatment and recovery goals.
• Provides individualized support for personal challenges and growth.
• Models independent living skills (hygiene, budgeting, meals, time management).
• Observes and reports client behavior to the treatment team.
• Conducts accountability conversations with clients about goals and expectations.
• Collects urine samples and documents properly.
• Distributes medications and maintains medication records.
• Maintains accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Transports clients to off-site appointments and activities.
