You will supervise, conduct 1-on-1 meetings, ensure trainings, manage scheduling, and liaise with external entities to maintain program operations. The role emphasizes crisis de-escalation, thorough documentation, and compliance, with open shifts Sat-Wed 4pm-12am, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in management or human services.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Windows & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RSS staff and conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings to track goals and feedback.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage of RSS shifts at the Wading River location.
• Ensure RSS staff complete required trainings and on-site coaching.
• Act as liaison with outside entities and ensure timely communication.
• De-escalate crises and document all interventions and actions taken.
• Audit logs, incident reports, and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Support on-call supervision and overall program operations.
