Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve months of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and willingness to work a scheduled residential shift.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor residents and help them work toward individual treatment goals.
• Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care.
• Facilitate household routines, skill-building groups, activities, and community outings.
• Maintain assigned supervision levels and respond to safety or crisis concerns.
• Provide safe transportation in company vehicles when assigned.
• Complete timely service notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
