Job summary

Crimson Heights, LLC is seeking a lead supervisor for day-to-day residential operations in Spanish Fork, Utah. You will coach direct-support staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure all documentation and safety standards are met.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience and a background in supporting individuals with behavioral needs. A valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients are essential. In-person, full-time position with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior management experience required (2+ years).
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or related behavioral needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff on company standards, client behavior plans, and documentation quality.
• Build the team schedule, monitor service hours, and ensure every shift is covered.
• Review notes, incident reports, timecards, medication records, and required checklists.
• Lead monthly team meetings, training, and quarterly staff reviews.
• Coordinate medication refills, health appointments, meal planning, supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Support crisis response and step into direct-care shifts when coverage is unavailable.
