Job summary

CENTER FOR VETERANS ISSUES INC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Full Time Graveyard Shift role to support residents and ensure safety. This position offers hands-on supervision, daily living assistance, and strict adherence to facility rules.

Responsibilities include resident supervision, program coordination, facility operations, crisis response, and grant/compliance reporting—emphasizing safety, documentation, and interagency collaboration. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, CBRF preferred.
• Some experience in security or maintenance roles is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, engagement, and support to residents.
• Conduct hourly wellness and safety checks and offer emotional support.
• Assist residents with daily living skills and adherence to facility rules.
• Maintain shift documentation and logs; support care plans with teams.
• Intervene in emergencies and follow safety and confidentiality protocols.
• Participate in data collection and grant/compliance reporting.
