Spread Your Wings, LLC is hiring an entry-level caregiver in Paso Robles, California for a full-time graveyard shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM). Training provided; no experience or caregiver certificate required.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are needed, plus ability to pass a background check. You will assist clients with independent living skills, encourage, motivate, and document progress in case notes, while working independently in one-on-one settings.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.
