Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, engagement, and support for residents.
• Conduct wellness and safety checks, including overnight and weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation, incident reports, and resident logs.
• Assist with intake, orientation, and exit processes for residents and help ensure understanding of expectations.
• Collaborate with case managers, clinicians, and service providers to support individualized care plans.
