Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a dedicated housing advisor to join our Housing and Support team in London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering high-quality information, guidance, and a welcoming experience across reception duties, wellbeing support, and safety-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle a range of housing-related queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Perform reception duties including answering calls, managing mail, and processing payments.
• Support health and safety duties, including first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.
• Assist in Wellbeing and Facilities checks and safety patrols.
• Welcome new residents and respond to concerns and reports of anti-social behaviour.
• Contribute to a collaborative team of housing advisors to support residents and visitors.
