Raritan Bay Area YMCA is seeking a dedicated Supportive Housing Property Manager to oversee daily operations of supportive housing properties, ensuring safety, maintenance, and resident stability. This role reports to the Director of Center Operations and collaborates with residents, maintenance staff, and partners to maintain compliant, welcoming housing.

Qualifications

• Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, or supportive housing property management.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations is beneficial.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned supportive housing properties, ensuring safety and compliance with YMCA standards and housing regulations.
• Manage occupancy, leasing, move-ins/outs, rent collection, inspections, and maintenance coordination with accurate records.
• Foster positive resident relationships, address concerns, promote housing stability, and collaborate with service and community partners.
• Monitor property performance and regulatory compliance, prepare reports, and adhere to funding requirements and organizational policies.
