Job summary

Centerstone seeks a Recovery Coordinator to oversee daily operations in a 24/7 residential recovery program. This role involves assessing clients' needs, developing transition plans, and collaborating closely with a care team to provide effective coordination during treatment.

The ideal candidate should hold an Associate’s degree with experience preferred in behavioral health settings. The position includes strong communication skills and is structured to support client recovery effectively

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience working with youth and families in related settings is preferred.
• Experience equivalency may be considered in place of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations within a 24/7 residential recovery program.
• Develop and share comprehensive transition plans with clients.
• Provide individual and group interventions to increase recovery capital.
• Assist clients in applying for transitional housing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to communicate client status.
