Qualifications

• Excellent writing and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, monitor resident wellbeing and facility safety.
• Provide clerical support (statistics, rosters, mail distribution, etc.).
• Assist with meals, upkeep, and routine facility maintenance as needed.
• Enforce house rules in a professional manner.
• Prepare and relay information to residents and staff via Shift Reports.
