Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with non-clinical activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintains and enhances quality of care and residents' quality of life.
• Documents non-clinical tasks and reports changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Passes linens, assists with meal service and room trays, and escorts residents to activities.
• Monitors high risk residents to help prevent falls and maintains clean resident rooms.
