Scenic Living Communities in Iowa Falls, IA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. The CNA provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home setting to promote their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved CNA training program.
• Must have passed competency examinations in clinical skills and written knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve and/or enhance each resident’s quality of care and quality of life.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
• Completes documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Reports changes in resident’s condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
• Attends and participates in facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
• Follows and upholds policies and procedures with a focus on safety.
