Job summary

Seminole Shores Living Center Name Here in Michigan is seeking a part‑time Resident Support Aide to provide compassionate personal care aligned with each resident’s plan. You will support independence, assist with daily activities, and respond to resident needs with dignity.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience or certification (CNA/CENA/HHA), are at least 17, and can communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or certification preferred: CNA, CENA, HHA.
• Minimum age 17 and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must pass state criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on individualized service plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, dining.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor.
• Document care and services as directed.
• Assist residents with meals and life enrichment activities as needed.

Position Purpose

Ensurethat all aspects of the residents’ personal care and service planareimplemented while assuring that the resident is treated with dignity and respect,assistingeach resident to be as independent and self-sufficient as possible.

Qualifications
