Turning Point of Central California, Inc. seeks a Monitor II at the Belgravia Center in Fresno to supervise and monitor residents and ensure adherence to program policies.

The role requires documenting incidents, performing routine safety checks, and coordinating with staff to maintain a secure, respectful environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, two years of monitor experience (or related coursework/justice involvement), and basic computer skills with Office 365, Teams

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years monitor experience or 48 college units or related work with justice-involved adults.
• Preferred: current first aid training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and monitoring of residents.
• Ensure compliance with program policies and schedules for residents and visitors.
• Document resident behavior and events in written notes/reports.
• Conduct routine security checks, rounds, counts, and room inspections.
• Perform urine specimen collection following procedures.
• Respond promptly to calls and visitors at the door/gate.
• Drive on Agency business as needed.
• Be physically present at the program.
