Job summary

Belgravia Center is a residential reentry program in Fresno, CA that provides structured housing, case management, and reentry planning to up to 75 residents. The Monitor II reports to the Assistant Program Director and helps maintain safety, order, and a therapeutic environment while ensuring compliance with program rules and expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years monitor experience or 48 college units, or two years of related work with justice-involved adults.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Intermediate computer skills: Office 365, Teams, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and monitoring of residents.
• Ensure residents/visitors comply with policies and schedules.
• Document resident behavior and incidents in required reports.
• Conduct regular security checks, counts, rounds, and room inspections.
• Perform routine pat-down searches.
• Answer calls and greet visitors at doors/gates promptly.
• Document behavioral incidents accurately and promptly.
• Assist with office duties and filing as needed.
• Collect urine specimens and process according to procedures.
• Travel on agency business as required.
• Be physically present at the program location.
