Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. seeks a Monitor II to supervise residents in a residential treatment program for substance use disorders.

The role emphasizes safety, guiding residents on program expectations, and maintaining accurate records of rounds, incidents, and compliance with rules. You will perform frequent checks, assist with intake and orientation, monitor security, and collaborate with the treatment team to foster a supportive recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required.
• Ability to read and write in English to perform duties.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred; within 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant supervision and monitoring of resident clients.
• Monitor compliance with program guidelines, rules, schedules and chores.
• Maintain accurate records of residents and departures using required forms.
• Conduct rounds, observe behavior, and identify safety or security issues.
• Generate timely, detailed records of incidents and progress.
• Assist residents with program expectations and available resources.
