Job summary

Full Circle Communities seeks a Mission Impact Specialist to oversee resident stabilization and service funding management. This role reports to the Vice President of Mission Impact and works with resident service coordinators and interns to maintain safe, affordable housing across our portfolio.

The position is full-time, hybrid in Chicago with some evening/weekend hours as needed, focusing on policy translation, data analysis, and cross-team coordination to achieve equity and meaningful

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience with permanent supportive housing projects; master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Educational background in social work, public policy, behavioral health, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between community manager, service providers, and Mission Impact; lead blended management meetings to resolve issues and support emergencies.
• Implement onboarding, training, and tools to strengthen collaboration and ensure effective use of funding.
• Translate resident data into actionable goals to improve housing stability and inform interventions.
