Job summary

Full Circle Communities, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Mission Impact Specialist to advance resident stabilization and equitable housing outcomes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Mission Impact, you will coordinate services, manage funding, and guide blended management during crises. The role requires 5 years in permanent supportive housing, a related degree, strong data and collaboration skills, and the ability to work across neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in permanent supportive housing.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Education in social work, public policy, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Experience with grants, data analysis, and resident services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the community manager, service providers, and the Mission Impact department.
• Lead blended management meetings and respond to emergencies to keep residents safely housed.
• Analyze resident data and translate findings into actionable policies and interventions.
• Oversee service funding management and grant deployment to maximize impact.
• Recruit and supervise resident service coordinators and interns.
