NHE, Inc. (NHE) is seeking a part-time Resident Service Coordinator for Windham House in Aiken, SC. The role supports frail and at-risk residents in HUD-subsidized housing, coordinating non-clinical services to help residents age in place.

The position emphasizes education, referrals, and partnership development with local agencies. Travel locally is required, and a valid driver’s license is needed. 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social service related field (or HUD-equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge of elderly and disability services.
• 2–3 years of social service delivery experience.
• Training in cultural competency; bilingual skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive non-clinical assessments for wellness and social needs.
• Identify and coordinate services and monitor progress with providers.
• Maintain partnerships with Area Agency on Aging and other community stakeholders.
• Manage daily online time cards and document resident case management.
• Travel locally to attend conferences and meet partners.
