Job summary

Dow Rummel Village in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Team & Resource Coordinator to support the Independent Living and Home Care teams. This full-time role coordinates resident care plans, assists with onboarding and scheduling, and serves as a trusted resource for residents, families, and staff.

The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed and provide compassionate, dignified care.

Qualifications

• SD Medication Aide certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months with assistance from Dow Rummel)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Talent for juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Valid driver's license; ability to pull up to 60lbs, lift up to 50lbs, and carry up to 15lbs
• Passion for advocating resident rights and delivering compassionate, dignified care

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care plans, documentation, and supply needs
• Support onboarding, training, and scheduling for HomeCare team members
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff-building strong relationships
• On-call support to team members and client programs on a scheduled basis
• Schedule staff to meet the needs of the organization and resident services
• Provide medication‑management support and personal‑care services as needed
