Dow Rummel Village in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Team & Resource Coordinator to support the Independent Living and Home Care teams. This full-time role coordinates resident care plans, assists with onboarding and scheduling, and serves as a trusted resource for residents, families, and staff.
The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed and provide compassionate, dignified care.

Pay: $24.28 - $29.00

The Team&ResourceCoordinator is a key member of the Independent Living and Home Care team, providing support to the Director of Resident Services in coordinating care and services for Dow Rummel Village Independent Living residents and Home Care clients. The position will assist with daily operations of the program, training and supporting team members and collaborating with leadership to provide residents with the services and support they need.
