Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing property management team in Laguna Woods, CA to hire a Resident Services Representative. This fully onsite role offers a temp-to-hire path after 6 months and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, paying $20 per hour.

In this role you will respond to resident inquiries by phone and in person, log details in internal systems, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve concerns with tact and empathy.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or phone-based experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to high volume resident inquiries, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Accurately collect and enter details into internal systems.
• Able to clearly convey information, document details, follow up on requests, and accept feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Manage sensitive or challenging conversations with tact and empathy.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Location: Fully Onsite in Laguna Woods, CA
