Fairstead is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at one of our properties. You will assist in daily operations, manage tenant relations, and support financial tasks including rent posting and arrears tracking.

We value experience in affordable housing, knowledge of local markets, and proficiency with Yardi/RealPage. This role emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and the ability to learn new property management tools quickly.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in affordable housing leasing or property management.
• Knowledge and experience in the local residential market.
• Experience with EIV, Yardi and Realpage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great Customer Service skills.
• Able to learn and work with property management applications.
• Quick learner and great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to ensure compliance with HUD 4350.3 Handbook.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rent collection processes.
• Support in preparing for REAC reviews and audits.
• Provide excellent resident relations and responsive service.
