Job summary

LDG Development is seeking an On-site Resident Services Coordinator to work with the Resident Services Manager across Kyle properties. The role focuses on assessing resident needs and coordinating programming, with a budget-collaborative approach and liaison duties with vendors.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in social work or education, 2-5 years in education/training, Spanish fluency, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, or education preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with group education/training development and facilitation.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work between 2 locations.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of specified programming at assigned properties.
• Oversee and serve as a liaison to outside vendors regarding residents at designated properties.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with residents, reporting upward needs for the implementation of new programs.
• Collaborate with the Resident Services Director on the creation of the program budget.
• Coordinate supplies needed for program events.
• Act as liaison with outside vendors
