Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Emerson Lakes in Lakewood Ranch, FL seeks a General Services Coordinator to support the grand opening, guiding residents, staff and visitors with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

You will manage office tasks, handle inquiries, process work orders in the Mainstar system and help maintain records for billing and inventory while contributing to a welcoming, well-run living environment.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills
• Office software experience
• Experience interacting with the general public, especially seniors

Responsibilities

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.
• Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.
