Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Manager to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. You’ll schedule staff, implement program plans, and coordinate appointments and activities for the individuals served.

We value a coach-like leader who can train teams, improve outcomes, and build trusted relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Three years related work experience with at least one year in supervisory/management role.
• Experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred; CPR and First Aid certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of Residential and/or Day Services Program.
• Schedule staff and implement program plans.
• Coordinate appointments and activities for individuals served.
• Provide guidance and assist with emergency situations on on-call basis.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical, social and programmatic files.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or a related field

DDS Medication Certification Card

Valid driver's license

MANDT certification
