Job summary

Southern Land Company is seeking a full-time Assistant Service Manager in Northglenn, CO to oversee maintenance operations at Arden Karl’s Farm apartments.

You will manage work orders, supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and stay within budget while delivering world-class service to residents.

The role demands HVAC/plumbing knowledge, OSHA awareness, and strong leadership with excellent communication and organization skills to maintain a high standard of resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certification required for properties with A/C units and pool operations.
• Experience in property maintenance and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident request system and work orders.
• Monitor community conditions and correct unsafe issues.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Assist in budgeting and capital expenditures.
• Supervise staff, vendors, and contractors.
