Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, handling questions and concerns efficiently.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in a calm manner.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in situations (hospitalizations, etc.).
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Maintain census information, hospitalizations and returns, and track residents away.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents for pickups; sort and distribute inter-office mail.
