Responsibilities

• Sign-in all visitors who enter and leave building
• Monitor exits via surveillance and foot patrol during shift
• Update the daily log with detailed information
• Report House Rules violations to the Property Manager
• Initiate 911 or police per protocol and notify on-site staff
• Write incident reports and route to appropriate staff
• Respond to building emergencies when management is absent
• Maintain orderliness of the front entrance, lobby, and adjoining rooms
