Job summary

Mercy Housing in San Francisco, CA is seeking a part-time Desk Clerk to provide resident services, monitor access, and support security for the property. You will handle visitor logs, answer calls, and communicate with authorities and the Property team to ensure safety and operations.

Preferred candidates have experience in general office work, familiarity with Yardi or similar software, and good customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of general office experience is required.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate log of all visitors to the complex by recording the name of the visitor(s).
• Convey accurate information to the appropriate authorities, as necessary.
• Answer telephones and take accurate messages.
• Conduct patrols of the entire complex according to a schedule outlined by the Property Manager and other appropriate supervisory staff.
• Respond to emergency situations by calling the appropriate emergency service (e.g., police, fire department, ambulance, paramedics).
