Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) at Lynridge of Arlington to oversee staffing, care plans, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality resident care.

Strong leadership, effective communication, and computer skills are required; weekend or evening shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community in a similar role.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work outside of normal operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Assist Resident Services Director with case management services for residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out to ensure smooth transitions for residents and families.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Monitor resident service plans; coordinate wellness activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in management and agency surveys.
• Other duties as assigned.
