Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator 1 in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on engaging residents, coordinating programs, and connecting households to resources.

On-site work and strong communication are essential. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and at least two years of resident services experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum two years of resident services experience.
• Ability to pass level II background check fingerprinting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word & Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and actively work to retain resident participation in programs and events.
• Communicate policies, procedures and guidelines to program participants.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources.
• Document outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Prepare track service delivery metrics and reports.
